Does not pay out refunds

I will never order from Bella Luna again. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund on an order that I paid for, but the item was out of stock so they said I could be refunded. After requesting a refund, all my emails are ignored and the head office puts the phone down on me whenever I call. Absolutely disgusting service and to think I spent almost R4000 at this store. Never again.
