Do Not shop there. Very unreliable

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Bella Luna. I placed and paid for an order in good faith, only to be informed afterwards that the item is out of stock. This is completely unacceptable — how are customers allowed to purchase and pay for items that are not even available? This was not just a casual purchase. The watch was meant to be a birthday gift for Friday, and now I am left scrambling at the last minute because of poor stock management and lack of transparency. At the very least, customers should be notified about stock availability before payment is processed. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time and money. I expect: A full and immediate refund (if not already processed), and An explanation as to how this situation occurred I would strongly caution others against ordering from Bella Luna until they improve their inventory systems and customer communication. Very disappointing experience.
