Bella Luna poor service

Totally dissatisfied with such poor service. Online order was placed on 12th January 2023.I only received an order confirmation email on the 14th which informed me that the parcel will be delivered in 2-5 days from order date.I have sent 2 emails requesting for an update. No response was given,tried to call and no answer. I am now thinking that they are a ****.
