Bella Luna bad service!!
#BL20427 missing item in my order and the company is blaming me whereas I packed the items as they were both small to exchange the bracelet (daniel wellington) for a bigger size.i called 3 times and they continue to dismiss me and I requested camera feed upon receiving the items those were my birthday present why would I take my things for god sake!

26 Aug 2026, 10:10Bella Luna has sent a follow up email to say the manage advised item will be replaced and scheduled delivery however it was cancelled without any notification no call or email to advise of the reason when I try to call the office the is no answer ,I will continue to follow up as I have paid and did not take anything that was a present to myself .
