😡 Absolutely Shocking Service – A Total Nightmare Experience

I’m warning anyone thinking of buying from these guys — don’t do it unless you’re prepared for endless frustration.

I ordered a handbrake actuator for my BMW X5 E70, spent two solid hours fitting it, only to discover it didn’t work properly. No problem, I thought — I’ll just contact them for a replacement. That’s when the nightmare began.

Their attitude was nothing short of arrogant and dismissive. Instead of helping, they hid behind their “policy”: Remove it, send it back, and then we’ll decide if we might replace it. So basically, strip your car again, leave it in pieces for a week, or redo the entire job later — all at your own cost.

Then came their brilliant suggestion: 👉 “Just buy another one, and we’ll refund you if we feel like it later.” Seriously? What kind of business tells a returning customer to fork out another few thousand rand for a part that already failed?

I expected at least a trace of understanding or accountability — but there was none. No empathy. No practical solution. Just robotic answers and zero customer care.

So now I’m left out of pocket, wasting time and energy, and I’ll be buying the genuine BMW part instead — because at least BMW stands behind their products.

It’s sad when companies like this treat loyal customers as if they’re the problem. You’ve lost my trust, my business, and my respect.

Buy cheap, buy twice. I learned the hard way — hopefully, you don’t have to.
