Returning an item is a nightmare

Order number 12506. Please give the same energy when the customer wants to purchase and when they need help returning, requesting an exchange or wanting a refund. Your return policies sucks and the worst part I was only reminded of the terms and conditions when I was asking for and exchange. I bought the Engine bearings set (Standard size) instead of size 10, when I ask for an exchange I am totally ignored.
