Refund

I bought second hands items which were not good and the Manager was aware but guaranteed that it will work. Upon fitting the oil gearbox cooler it was leaking due to broken connectors that he saw. Now I wanted to exchange and take something else then he said it doesn't work like that they will refund. I completed refund form on 22 February 2024 till today when I follow up he doesn't respond as a Manager.
