BEELINE SPARES WATER PUMP ****

I bought a bmw523i e60 water pump from their Midrand office. On installation, the pump burns fuses emmediately once plugged in . I took it back to them for replacement or maybe refund or even parts exchange. They took the pump back, refused with my refund or replacement. Now I don't have a water pump nor my refund. This anton guy is so rude and he is asking me if I used their accredited mechanics to install it. Feel like they could have tested the water pump before giving me. They ****med me. I so wish to share screen shots bit will do soon. How was I supposed to know all this terms. I need help please. They ****med me my money . I am sitting with no pump, no parts replacement and no refund. It's almost two months now
