Poor service from Diagnostic Radiological Service Rose Acres Hospital Germiston

Very disappointed with the service given at Diagnostic Rad. Service at Rose Acres Hospital. Visited the Specialist at Rose Acres and was sent for X-rays on 2/7/2020. I was there at 8:00 and the only patient there. The receptionist wasn't friendly at all and we were told to wait. After completing the form for med aid we waited 35 min before fetched for X rays. It was a student without any assistance or mentorship who tried her best to take the X rays. she couldn't do it and had to go and ask for help. Waited another 20 min and was given the X rays without a report. This is unacceptable especially since there were no other people at all. In future I will go to Bedford Gardens or Linksfield for X rays.
