Not as transparent and client centric health provider
Im admitted in casualty for back pain and based on my understanding everything thats with in casualty is paid under one payment why must I be paying different to do x-ray ordered by the doctor. The staff at life Roseacres casualty are the best they double check with my health insurance and even gave me advice for future reference but the radiology does not care if you are covered for the procedure as long you dont have medical aid you pay cash. Why would one have cash when you are covered for emergency that means if I'm unresponsive and crushed my leg they wont look for ways to help even if they get paid via insurance.
