Worst bed I've bought - terrible slow cold service as well

Bed King Tokai **update** I contacted them as they requested, AGAIN they are delaying the process, not calling or sending someone for inspection when they said they would. It's been 2 weeks. My body aches every night, no matter how I turn the bed, the springs poke me. Buying a new bed from The Bed Shop (same bed I've had in Pretoria for over 5 years) best bed I've ever had. I can't even sell this one - giving it away or throwing it away. Done!

The worst bed I've ever slept on since the 1st day of buying it 1 year ago. You can literally feel the springs and large metal poking you as you sleep. I wake up with sore limbs. When we tried to take it back it became a long complicated process. Exchange fees for a bed that was faulty from the get go. The lady was even recommending we buy a comforter instead of giving us a proper bed, we gave up - our budget did not allow the extra unexpected costs for something that wasn't our fault. Never again. This experience has made me so cautious when buying beds. Don't rush it - keep looking until you find a GOOD bed.
