Unhappy with The Bed King in Oakdene Comaro crossing

We bought two storage beds(base) at the Bed King at Comaro crossing, agreed on a delivery date and day, the 6th April 2019. A lady called me on that Saturday to confirm the delivery date and day and said the delivery will be made. later on in the afternoon seeing that my beds were not arriving, i called to find out what time is the delivery going to be made. I was stunned to learn that the delivery was not going to be made anymore because it is after 14:00 already and they are closing shop for the day.

I had prepared the rooms already, took the old beds out, was and still am without beds. I am so disappointed and angry. I payed, went through all the trouble preparing the rooms , and the beds i payed for and expected were not delivered as agreed.
