Shocking service Bed King Boksburg never will I buy from you again

We bought 2 sleeper couches in August in December the springs come through the bottom and the second couch feels like you sit on a plank. We reported this in December the manufacturer only opened 15th of January come that Saterday fetch the couches and repaired the one and replaced the other one my husband asked them how is it possible that couches that cost is 16 000 can break so easy they could not give an answer so guess what not even a month after its replaced we are sitting on the planks again my husband insisted on a refund they told him 3 times they will phone back and they don't I also wotk in Retail this is not our standard of service next step is ombudsman its the only way out.
