Poor quality product

Worst bed anyone could buy. Bought a top of the range mattress according to the sales person. Wake up every morning with either sore shoulders or sore back. Mattress not even a year old and sags and even worse when you lie on it. Slept a couple of nights on another bed...no issues. Not holding my breath for any positive result and will probably end up throwing away a R12000 Mattress.
