Not what was promised!

I purchased a bed from Bed King Montana in October 2023 and have been very disappointed with the bed. The bed did not meet the quality standards I expected. The bed I tested in the store is not what I received. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The bed's topper is making holes and bumps that causes body aches. The pictures were send and a technician came out to my premises, just to inform me that there is NO PROBLEM WITH THE BED ITSELF, IT IS THAT THE TOPPER IS TOO SOFT FOR MY NEEDS AND THAT I HAVE TO BUY A NEW TOPPER. After spending close to R30,000 on bed I purchase I have to pay another R11,700 for a new topper. The promise of good quality and happy clients that is not true. It has been months that I tried to get this resolved and in the meanwhile I have to sleep on the bed. I faced significant problems with the customer service. Unresolved and unhelpful! Overall I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend buying a bed from Bed King.
