No delivery after 3 weeks

We ordered a bunk bed from Bed King with a promise of supply within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks we followed up to be told that it would be delivered the next day. The day after I get a phone call to inform me that the bed has not been manufactured and that we will have to wait at least another 3 weeks. I asked for the MD's number and was given an incorrect phone number. I have asked for a refund and was told that I would have to go back to the shop in order to collect my refund.
