NO Customer Service

<p>Dont even think of buying a bed from the Roodepoort branch! After sales service is not poor - it's non-existent. One of two bases for our new king size bed was faulty on delivery. We were told by the Roodepoort branch that they would order a new one from the factory. A week later we received one, the wrong colour! An appointment was made for the next day for a delivery but no-one arrived. We have had NO follow-up from the salesman or manager of the branch. We are now having to sort this out with the factory ourselves. </p>
