Faulty bed base

Frustrating service! Excellent sales service from Claudine at Northgate Cape Town branch but when the bed base had to be returned have been let down by Attie Schutte of Living Storage Solutions who came and checked the base and agreed it was faulty. No response from either person for a week now. I was told he would replace the base from 15th January when factories opened. This is not acceptable. Surely it is common decency to reply/respond to emails. Shane Fish
