False Information/ Advertising

We have been bed shopping. Get there and was assisted by a very knowledgeable friendly assistant. Eventually found a bed that we were both happy with. It's even on "Demo Special" for R14 000. All ready to pay, we were informed that we had to pay additional for the base. R2100 - 30%. Nowhere did it exclude or state that it's R14 000 mattress ONLY. And was then told...we are giving you free delivery. It's only 4km down rhe road and you want to tell me 4km delivery would cost me THAT much. Great sales person, but that's false advertising on the sign.
