Dumped bad mattress from Bed king in less than a year

After buying a dud mattress for my daughter in May last year and then replacing it 3 months ago with a real comfy mattress from The bed shop we were stuck with your bad mattress it in the house.

Last night we eventually dumped it next to the dustbin. My daughter still has a sore side to this day because of the bad mattress. It was a ri****f. But maybe we are consoled by fact that we are not the only ones who were cheated like this; based on other reviews.
