Bedking Tokai (The worst store ever)

Bedking Tokai. I bought a bed from this store which turn to have broken springs after few months, since the bed came with a store guarantee, it's been over a year to-date trying to have the store replace the bed and I even told them I'm will to pay for what so ever to get a proper bed. This is the worst store ever. Same excuse all the time when I call them "the person who sold me the bed has retired, a new person will handle the matter" but I bought the bed from the store not a person. No reply when I email them. What kind of bull ****p store is this. I'm speechless.
