BED King Worste service

We have purchased a bed in August 2021 and this was the bed that we were referred to after the manager / consultant had us do the pressure point test The beginning of 2024 this mattress has started drooping on the sides the springs are piercing and when you turn it not meant to feel the person next to you or hear the springs This bed feels as if it is 10 years old we have raised it with the relevant parties and sent the pics confirming there is no negligence on our side however they responded we have to pay in an amount to have the bed repaired after we paid for 1 of the best beds in that range They have no aftersales service and have never dealt with such a unprofessional company i just need this sorted not getting proper sleep due to this company
