BED KING not honourable

We bought an XL Simola Matress & base set from Bed King Silver Lakes with a full 5 years warrantee. within 6 months after the purchase, the mattress started making permanent depressions where your body lay and became worse over the years. We contacted Piet at Bed King Silver Lakes branch, who said he'll get back to us each time we called, and never did. Eventually we called him and complained about his service to which he answered the factory that makes those mattresses had closed down and therefore he could not honour the warrantee.

We will now take steps with the consumer act which protects consumers like us, as well as send in our complaints to the local newspapers and place it on Face Book.

If BED KING DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS, I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Rather go to a reputable company that does honour thier guarantee.
