Ordered a new mattress and mattress protector for my elderly mother to delivery to retirement village. Lots of interest from Louis until payment was made. He then let me know mattress was ready for delivery. At that point in time it fell apart and every time I phoned in to ask about delivery Louis was unavailable and I had to repeat whole story and provide my Mum’s name, delivery address and phone nr. I did this four times and sent e-mails. Poor communication to warehouse as they started badgering me and hadnt a clue. E mails forwarded to them too plus verbal explanation. Result: delivery to retirement village, my name and not my Mum’s on delivery slip and wrong unit nr. Enormous confusion resulted. They omitted to send the mattress protector already paid for and left a bill of R300 for delivery (delivery was included in price of mattress). What a debauchery and all the phone calls disrupted my work day.
