Bad after service!

After having our bed for only 3 years (complying to weight, rotation and hygiene rules) the springs has sunk in at one spot. Called them and was told WE need to take the mattress to them (even though on their website it says they will send someone out to come check the bed) we where advised to just buy a new bed (but our bed is still in the warranty period). I think their service is not up to standard and all the pros they talk about when you buy the bed never happens when you call them with a problem.

I would not recommend them!
