Counterfeit skincare products

I am writing regarding my recent order,

I ordered the medicube collagen bundle(order confirmed 19 Aug) from the Beauty warehouse SA

I have serious concerns regarding both the authenticity of the Medicube products supp**** to me and the fact that my order was not delivered in full.

I compared the Medicube Triple Collagen Toner I received with an original bottle that I already own, and there are noticeable differences in the packaging, appearance and product consistency.

I attached a photograph for reference in the email I sent the Beauty warehouse. In the image, the product on the left is my original Medicube toner, while the product on the right is the product supp**** by the Beauty warehouse where you can clearly see their counterfeit toner supp**** is alot lighter in colour, the top of the bottle is shaped very differently to my current bottle.

In addition to the visible packaging differences, the toner supp**** has a very watery consistency, whereas my previous/original bottle has a slightly thicker consistency. This further raises concerns for me regarding the authenticity and quality of the product that they claim is authentic.

As these are skincare products intended for use directly on my face, them supplying counterfeit product is extremely unacceptable!

Furthermore, one of the products I paid for is completely missing from my order and was not delivered at all. The Biodance Collagen Peptide Jelly Serum Mist.

Given both the concerns regarding the products received and the incomplete delivery, I do not wish to keep any part of this order. I therefore requested that they arrange for the entire order to be collected at and for them provide me with a full refund, including the amount paid for the missing product and any delivery charges.

They have completely ignored me. None of my email or DMs on instagram have been attended to.

DON’T make the mistake of ordering from beauty warehouse (Instagram handle: beautywarehouse.sa)
