Terrible service from BDC wireless solutions/whalemail

This company is absolutly terrible, I was outright denied service and made out to be a **** all because of the property I was renting, my landlord had past dealings with them(of which I had nothing to do with nor knew about as I am a new tenant on the property) and I assume it ended badly because I was denied service, because BDC thought it was a good and logical business decision to ban a property from their service regardless of who rents it and then questioning the integrity of a potential new customer by stating they will do background research on me regarding my perchase of my internet equipment from my previous ISP. I would not recommend BDC under any circumstances to any customers, my word of advise would be to stay well clear of them.
