BCSConnect (Pty) Ltd, not Worth it!

Absolutely terrible Company to get your Fibre Through!

I’m paying for a service each month that I can not use to the full extent and for What it should be used! Supposed to be a 20 mb/s Download and Upload, but at best I get 5 mb/s, I’ve sent numerous complaints for the Internet just not working with no warning, slow Internet speeds, And I just get a “we’ll look into it!”

Best of all is - They make me sign a 50 page document for the Debit order, Now For the months of November and December they forget to debit my accounts?? Now I have to pay double because of their Incompetence!!

Do yourself a favor and never ask them for Internet service or any other service they might Offer!
