manual spare key

i bought a VW polo at Global Nissan Silverton and it did not have a spare key,when i requested for a spare key they supp**** me with a manual key in stead of a mobilised key and told me that the car does not come with a mobiliser key from the supplier ,and when i made my enquiries at vw they told me that the Polo 6 come with 2 mobilised key <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Nissan South Africa to BB Sinoville</em><em> Nissan by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
