Friendly, thoughtful and hassle free

I was very excited to take my Juke in for its service - as I have never done this before because I have never owned a car with a service plan before :) I decided to phone BB Sinoville because they were closer to where I work. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel reassured. I received a sms after the call with my booking details and a reminder sms the day before the service. On the morning I received a warm welcome from the security guard to the lady at reception. Upon my arrival I received a warm cup of coffee and some cookies. They even had a shuttle ready to take me back to work. Later on another friendly lady called to make me aware of the cracks in my windscreen and wanted to know if they can fix it. Someone phoned me again at 3 to let me know my car is ready. <br> <br> Overall my experience of this dealership was beyond my expectation. Every person was friendly and they kept me in the loop.
