WOST SERVICE!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I took my car for service on friday and they told me my car has a issue and has to spend the night, I can only get it saturday. I call on the saturday and I am told they are about to close. I call on monday and they tell me they are waiting for a car part, i ask when they expect it and they don't know when. I mean really!!! I call again and I finally get a date. Throughout this all the calls were unfriendly as if they are doing me a favour, like I am not paying . Rouve is the one lady I remember and she was terrible just like the receptionist who doesn't know how to speak to people.. Worst service ever!!!
