Shocking service

If there was a 0 star button, I would have pressed it. I have never seen such a circus in my life. I am expected to wait for my car, which is still under warranty, for 9 days for repairs. They refuse to give me a courtesy vehicle. I have to rent a car at R420 per day. For 4 weeks I tried getting hold of the service ladies, to make an appointment to book the car in. No one ever phones back. You ask to speak to the DP and keeps on getting transferred to the service manager. I have had 2 breakdowns on the side of the road, which is extremely dangerous for a lady on her own.
