Really bad service from bb Menlyn Ford

I am very dissapointed with the service I got from bb Menlyn Ford. Last year November my Kuga, one of batch that overheats started overheating again, even after it had the recall service. I took it in on the 26th of November 2018, I got the car back on the 26th of Janyary 2019, two months later. Only to find that it overheated again on the 28th of January. Took it back in and has not heard from them since, I have left several messages for three people at the service department including the service nanager. Not one of them phoned me back. I do not have a clue what is going on with my Kuga, what is wrong, why it is still overheating, and I'm not getting answers, they do not even bother to phone me back. It is really really bad service... I don't know what to do anymore?
