Poor(×5)service

Bought a used Renault Clio at Ford(I would not recommend anyone to purchase there). Arrived at 9am and test drive the car and was happy with that. All was needed to complete was to sign a contract. The finance lady went A.W.O.L on me as well as the saleman. When I asked the other staff about their whereabouts they had no idea but they managed to find the salesman. His response was that they had a "staff meeting" upstairs. Clearly the meeting is more important than the client. He explained that the bank that is to finance the vehicle delayed with sending the contract. By the time everthing was finalized it was 14:30. Until now I'm still waiting for spare keys, licence disc and registrations.
