Poor Customer Service

Been waiting for the delivery of my Car since 14:00 at my work place and Donavan Carsten kept promising he will arrive and delivery the Car. I am now left standing stranded outside my work place and Donavan's phone is now off.<br> <br> I call his manager Bennie Erasmus and instead of him undertanding my frustration im told \theres nothing i can do
