Pathetic Service at BB Ford Menlyn

I bought a car at BB Ford Menlyn 23rd November 2018,the service was excellent up until I started experiencing problems with the car(reverse and 1st gear) in December.I tried to call the sales guy and He gave me the run around until he eventually booked my car in for service 31st Jan 2019,My husband took the car in and he was told that the car was in good condition by their mechanic and they advised him to get a second opinion If he was not happy,He did exactly that and went to VW Wonderboom And was told that there is definitely a problem with the car,it’s either clutch plate or gearbox.My husband went back to B.B. Ford Menlyn and was told that clutch plate was not under warranty service and that it was our fault.None of the people at B.B. Ford Menlyn were able to assist instead they just assumed what could be the problem with the car without carefully inspecting it,I was not assisted till today.Bad Service they only care about you when they want your money after that you are of no use to them.
