Not Happy

Our car was towed there for repair on 11 October 2022. When we phoned on the 12th, they could not find our car. After a few phonecalls they found the car. We phoned again just now (13 Oct 2022) and they say they can not find they keys. Surely they could have called us earlier to say what the problem is. If we did not enquire, how long were we going to wait😡
