No Action

Waiting since August for BB Ford Menlyn to fix my wind sound on my car, they exchanged the rubber of the window with no success noise still there. Then they said sorry they can not fix it as the car was in an accident, what is not true my car never was in an accident. Looking for reasons not to fix the problem on the car. Then they phoned and said they will take the car and see what is the problem and try to fix it. Still no action from them and it's almost end of November. Everytime I phone they say sorry they do not have cars to give me while they fix mine, I'm on a waiting list... Very Very bad service.
