Ford Menlyn bad service

So I took my car for service yesterday at Ford Menlyn BBmotors and I was told it will be ready around 4pm. I got there around 4:30 and the service advisor Brenda Fliks gave me paperwork and feedback. And everything was declared shap.

I drove to the Mall (Menlyn mall) just opposite to the dealership. Just after shopping around 7pm when I switch on the ignition the engine light pops out and the car was VIBRATING like hell and they were already closed. I drove home scared for my life with a vibrating car and I stopped by engen garage and they told me that my car needs service.

I went back this morning to the same lady that assisted me yesterday and she referred me to the service manager. He took the car and came back after 30min and said the was a button that was not pushed in now its fine. Just like that, no sorry, no valid reasons why it was not done correctly from the beginning. #BB Motors #bad service #FORDMENLYN.. #BBMenlyn NOWONDER FORD CARS BURNS. PATHETIC SERVICE ??????
