Ford incorrectly diagnosing

So I took my car that won't start to Ford, great service on where they could assist me but diagnosis om my car was done badly, they quotes R40k to fix my kar due to a fuel injection and fuel rail that needs to be replace plus about R8k labor included and so I went for a second opinion and my second opinion only cost me R300 for diagnosis because there was only n plug that came loose because of the engine vibration.
