Ford Ecosport 1.0L

Don't want to make a loooong story. I bought my Ford Ecosport 1.0l last year August at BB Menlyn Ford. My car had a rattle sound when ever I go through a ditch or over a speed hump. I made contact with Ford Menlyn service department in September and had to take my car to them. They said at first they couldn't hear anything but it was clear that they also couldn't find the problem. After 11 months since I bought the car new from them, and being in and out of their workshop for the same problem, they send me a letter to tell me its "characteristic of the Ford Ecosport to have that rattle sound. My concern is that Ford selling cars with problems on them that can not be fixed and not telling the client about that when purchasing a vehicle. I have send them several emails, requesting to fix my car or to give my money back with no feedback. I am driving a Ford for more than 15 years now and I must say this was the first time that I am dissatisfied with their service and product. Lets see if Ford will do something about this. I will be waiting.
