Fail to Deliver - very bad after sales

I Bought a Mazda BT50 Bakkie 0n 10 July 2014 at BB Menlyn Ford. I was supposed to get a towbar with the deal which I still have not yet received to date. Its been 16 Months. Everytime I ask the Salesman that sold the bakkie to me, when can I expect to get the towbar he has some kind of excuse.<br> <br> I am very disappoint in the after sales service that we are receiving from BB Menlyn Ford.
