21 Oct 2021, 09:32Thank you - we will investigate and look at the cameras situated in this area. Please note that the Service Advisors have screens between themselves and the customers as working with a mask on your face for 10 hours, is impossible. Kind Regards

21 Oct 2021, 10:43Dear Micaela. I have send out a message to all the departmental managers to remind their staff to wear masks. We will also add posters in the workshop area reminding customers to wear their masks - we have on footage a lady not wearing her mask, chatting away on her cell, in the waiting area.
