Complain

Three days back took my ford figo for service at ford menlyn,it stayed there for 2 days,on the second day they called me at 15:56,i asked the lady to organise shuttle for a pick up,the shuttle picked me up at 16:40, we got at the service station around 17:20 which they close at 17:00 everyone had their bags ready to knock off they were waiting for me,fine got the took the car because i couldnt do the inspection...went home and open the hood to my surprise, the wishow washer cap was not closed,imagine if it was the coolent cap, and my steering oil fluid is not topped up,its under minimum as we speak,engine was not washed as they do at other service station,the car was not washed,some of the *****s holding the cap for the airfilter were loose...now i start wondering if the work on the parts that i cant see when looking in the engine are fixed and changed,i dont trust that service station and wont take my car back there ever again
