Beware of this Ford dealership!

Shocking experience! Beware - they want to do work that is NOT needed! Phoned me to add a 'gearbox oil change' to the job sheet at over R7000. When I told them they did a gearbox service 2 services back the comment was: 'sorry we did not see that'. Then they phoned to tell me the front shocks are done and they can replace for R9000. I obviously refused and took the car to Supa Quick - they confirmed that the shocks are perfect! I phoned and left a message for the service manager Riaan who never phoned me back. Also left a query on Ford SA site - no feedback.
