BB Menlyn - Worst Servive Department

On the 5th of Jan 2021 I took my vehicle for its 165 000 km service. A few hours later I receive a phone call telling me the quote is R26 000 listing items that needed work. I then told BB Menlyn that I reject the quote and they must only do the service part. Two days later I took the vehicle for a second opinion and they only quoted me R15,000. The worst part is that some of the items weren’t out of spec as noted by Ford nor did they do a proper check. They only did an oil change service and did not check the other filters. Yes Ford did not charge me for the filters but it just shows that a proper analysis wasn’t done.
