BB Ford Menlyn has no respect for Customer

On Saturday 13th February I visited used car section of BB Ford to enquire on vehicle. After expressing my interest in vehicle, undertaking a trade in evaluation, I agreed on Monday 15th Feb to submit necessary documents to apply for Finance. When I queried the sales person if there were any other enquiries or interested buyers for the vehicle, I was told I was 1st enquiry on vehicle. I duly completed the finance application and submitted to dealership at 11am and accepted the trade in value for my vehicle. By Tuesday the finance was approved and after negotiating rate with my Bank, I phoned the dealership to enquire if they received the contract from Bank. I was then told that the car was not available as there was another deal concluded on the vehicle. I found this to be totally unacceptable as throughout the process I was not informed by sales person Andries Malan that there was another client interested and that I would not succeed in securing the vehicle if the other client bank finance was approved before mine. I was given this lame explanation by the Manager Bennie which displays that they have no interest in servicing the client but merely setting 1 client against the other
