BB FORD MENLYN and FORD SA - Pathetic!

My Ford Kuga 2014 1.6 - the recalled ‘burning’ model was in for repairs from 12 December to 14 December 2018. Being a client of Ford SA for the passed 11 years!! And this is the treatment? The waterpipe was ons of the parts that need fixing as I told them that the vehicle heats up from time to time! On 14/12 I collected my vehicle and was told it is 100% fixed and I can drive the vehicle but because the waterpipe was changed we should just regularly check the water level! We did that everyday! On Christmas day on our way to family from pta to Randfontein the vehicles warning lights came on and we had to pull over. Firstly the inconvenience for being late for our family gathering we had to wait in this heat for a tow truck to take us and the car and 3 dogs home!!! The vehicle was towed agsin today 27/12 to BB menlyn Ford!!! To fix! And if you ask for a courtesy vehicle they dont EVER HAVE AVAILABLE!!! I am being inconvenienced for their error but they just pull up their shoulders!!!! I have had enough of FORD SA as well as I laid a complaint and was ignored!!!! Never even returned my call!!! I would appreciate a call from Ford SA to hear my story and assist where they can!!! Maritza Ferreira ********** 760
