Bad customer loyalty
We app**** for finance for a used vehicle at BB MENLYN FORD. As the day went on the sales person kept in touch and said that we must not worry that the vehicle will be sold to someone else because our application is the first one in. Then told us our finance was approved the finance department will call us later. After n hour or so the sales person told us that the vehicle was sold to someone else after they assured us it is ours if we get financing. This just show they are chasing sales and not loyalty to customers. I will not recommend them to anyone.

14 Sept 2021, 16:09Dear Petrus, herewith the feedback with regards to your wife's application. The full application was received @ 10h51 by our Finance and Insurance Manager. By the time her application was received, we already had a approval on another customer for the same vehicle. Reegan was informed about this. We received a pre approval @ 11h26 from 1 bank and final approval only at 16h04.
