Bad and long Service, exuberant charges

I took my focus in with a coolant leakage problem. The guys took 3 hours to diagnose the broken hosepipe, while charging 950 and hour excl vat. I'd expect a technician who charges that much to be more of a senior, therefore not take long to diagnose such an easy issue. Nonetheless, it took a month to get the car back, the updated were terrible. Before this I had been servicing at BB menlyn since I bought the car, I'm never setting foot there or at ford, I advice you to stay away too
